When do I make the final payment?
After signing the contract and paying the deposit, only the final payment will remain, which depends on the type of contract:
- Prepaid contracts: the total amount of the stay is paid in advance.
- Contracts from 1 to 3 months: the total amount is also paid in advance.
- Contracts from 4 to 12 months: the first and last full month are paid.
Payment is made by credit card — we will send you a secure link to complete it. If you prefer, you can also pay by bank transfer; you just need to confirm with us so we can send you the details.
What happens after blocking the apartment i have chosen?
You will receive an email with:
- A link to digitally sign your contract.
- Instructions to pay the €1,000 deposit.
This deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided the apartment is returned in good condition.
How do I block an apartment?
To reserve the apartment, you need to enter the dates of your stay in the booking engine, select from the available apartments, and then:
- Enter your bank card details.
- Only €200 will be charged as a reservation fee, which will be deducted from your first month’s rent.
- This payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

What is the rate of the stay?
Our rates vary, depending on the number of bedrooms and the location of the property. We also offer the possibility of renting your unit fully furnished, which means you won't have to worry about buying or moving stuff into your newly rented home, you just have to enjoy.
What is included in the price?
EVERYTHING! With Nuva, you won't have to worry about anything, as the price we show when you send us an enquiry are inclusive of all the indespensable utilities for your stay, which includes: light, water, gas and WiFi (internet).
Are there any Common Areas?
Depending on the building, you can enjoy different common areas such as: coworking space, swimming pool, solarium, chill out area, rooftops with bbq, paddle tennis courts, gyms, etc. Discover the common areas of each of our buildings here.
What is the difference between Nuva Flex and Nuva Home?
The main difference between Nuva Flex and Nuva Home is that Nuva Flex is a medium/short stay (3 to 11 month contracts) for people who only need to stay for a few months, while Nuva Home is a long-term contract for people looking to settle down for a year or more.
Are we allowed to have pets?
Yes! We love pets, and we're completely petfriendly. You can even enjoy a dog wash in some of our buildings to keep your furry friend always clean.
Are the apartments furnished?
For Nuva Flex apartments, all the apartments are furnished, for Nuva Home, depending on the apartment, you can choose if you want it furnishesd or not.
How is the rent paid?
If you decide to choose the Nuva Flex option, the rent will be paid by credit card or bank transfer. If you opt for Nuva Home, the monthly rental payment will be made by direct transfer every 5th of the month so that you don't have to worry about anything.
Can I cancel a reservation?
Yes! Although we would not want you to miss the opportunity to enjoy a new stage with us, the deposit will be returned in full.

What documentation is required to make a reservation?
The only documentation you would need to reserve in Nuva would be your last three salaries together with your DNI, NIE or CIF. Once we have this, we will study the economic viability to formalize the lease. If the operation is approved by the legal department, we will proceed to make a non-payment insurance and a home insurance, the charge of which is 3.4% of the annual rent.
